Who I Am?



I'm Ellen May B. Abasiar,18 years old. I'm living at Marangkalan, Basiao, Ivisan, Capiz. I'm still studying in a private school her in Capiz. My father was Mr. Apolo Abasiar and my mother was Nemia Batabat. I have 2 siblings namely: Michael Abasiar, the oldest among the three and Stephanie Abasiar, the youngest. I'm in between of the children.

I always wanted to go with my friends rather to stay at home. I am just an ordinary women with much ambition in life. I want to finish my studies in order to help my parents because where just in a middle class lifestyle in the society. I have a lot of friends since I am a child. my supported my studies to give me a good future, I can say now that I only depending on what my parents give me.

Laswa nga tambo is one of the common cook vegetable that Filipino eat. We know that we are leaving at the place were all of us plant some vegetable. The menu that they use to cook it was: the tambo , lamhay, takway, okra and meat, fish or shrimp. They usually cook it before lunch time.

How to cook “LASWA NGA TAMBO”

Ingredients:

Bamboo Shoot (tambo) slice very thin

Okra(slice)

Saluyot (tagabang) slice

Takway(cut)

Shrimp/ Crab

Water, Salt, Vitsen(MSG)

Young Corn (shredded)

Procedure:

Pakuluan ang tambo hanggang lumambot. Set aside ang tambo. Pakuluan ang takway hanggang lumambot. Ihalo ang tambo, shrimp at crab, at young corn hintaying kumulo. Pagkatapos kumulo ilagay ang okra, timplahin ayon sa panglasa. Ilagay ang saluyot…. Kainan naH…
